Place malt extract in a 3 gallon kettle.

Add 1-1/2 gallons of water.

Stir until dissolved (pretty well)

Add honey and 1 oz. of the hops.

Bring mixture to a boil (be careful it can boil over at the slightest indiscretion).

Boil for 45 minutes.

Add 1/2 oz. hops and 3/4 oz. crushed coriander seeds (place the whole seeds in a plastic zip lock bag and use a rolling pin to crush them).

Boil for 10 minutes.

Add 3/4 oz. crushed coriander seeds.

Boil for 3 minutes.

Add 1/2 oz. hops.

Boil for 2 minutes.

Pour into a 5 gallon carboy with 3 gallons of cold water already in it and add the yeast
